Anecdote of my Solace

Millions of memories within a beautiful mess,
Where annoying alarms turn into euphony,
Thanking the sunlight glancing from the balcony,
Most probably a bittersweet ceremony,
Just another day of our monotony.
Bathroom queues elongated,
And the invention of facewash is celebrated.
The only place where you rush to save your own brush cause you don't trust.
The brotherhood saying that family is not always blood.
A beautiful chaos.
The breakouts after the light-outs which we call our night-outs.
Night maggies and the magic of endless talks that only hostellers can understand.
Sharing shirts to sharing lives,
Walking through the storms and rainbows together.
If happiness flashed in front of my eyes,
That would be probably my days here.
