LitClub and Ask-a-CEGian collaborated to introduce themselves to first-year and second-year lateral entry students. LitClub's "Icebreaker" featured "Anonymous confessions", where students shared personal experiences anonymously via a Google form. They also played "Two truths and a lie" for some fun. Upcoming events such as debates and regular meets to help students become better communicators were also introduced. Melomatrix, ACT’s official music club, enthralled the audience with their incredible performance.
Ask-a-CEGian's "Meet and greet" introduced its Ambassadors and mentorship programs for higher studies abroad, internships, placement opportunities and more. Students got an overview of their key aspects like one-to-one mentor sessions where experts guide them. Another initiative, GOLD - The Guindy Online Live Database is a page of blogs on varied information written by CEG's alumni. ASAN (Ask-a-CEGian Seminar and Networking) is a seminar course for sixth-semester students taught by CEG Alumni who are professors in North American universities.
All these guidance were heartily welcomed by the students making this a eve of successful collaboration. "Meet and greet to break that awkward silence with some icebreaker fun!"
